"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

manettish, you go to the submit button thingy. you can find out what kind of deviation is, and after the first three steps you need to have an image. hit browse and browse for the image name. use the same image for the thumbnail image. you need to name it and all that crap. voila! you are done! for the deviation keywords, just hi the spacebar.
